Debbie Clark
As a transplanted southern girl, Debbie Clark loves to connect and listen to the stories of those placed on her path. She has traveled around the world with her husband, Troy, as a military wife and has realized that everyone is in need of connection. As a wife, mother of a daughter and son (plus their spouses) and now, grandmother of five, living a life of faithful purpose and on mission is what makes each day a sweet blessing.
Debbie has been passionate about helping others find their strengths as a Christian educator for over twenty years. Her time as a teacher, advisor, and administrator offered her the opportunity to meet students, teachers, parents and her community where they were and help them find their potential. Debbie believes we all are growing and this process is a lifelong journey that should never end. She is driven by a desire to build, stretch and grow the potential in those around her. We are all people that need something and helping others find their “why” or help them find the strength under “the layers” of doubt is extremely motivating to her. It’s her mission!

Megan Capatch
Born and raised in Arizona, Megan's relationships with the Lord and her family are the most important aspects of her life. She married her wonderful husband, Nicholas, in April 2020, and they recently added a maltipoo puppy to their family. Some of her favorite activities include reading, archery, and spending time in the forest.
With five years of experience in education, Megan has been faithfully guided in her education journey, leading her to Education 101. Her passion for helping others overcome struggles and reach their potential deepened as she saw more children struggle to uncover their unique strengths. Despite hours of tutoring, she noticed something missing in traditional support for these children.
As an avid reader, it was heartbreaking for her to see how challenging reading and learning were for many students. She feels blessed to see how the Lord has woven her story, passions, and desires together, leading her to serve as a brain trainer at Education 101. Megan is excited to help create resilient readers, empower others to value their strengths, and assist individuals in overcoming challenges.

Alysha Nelson
As an Arizona native who loves the Lord, Alysha has always felt most at home under the sunshine; whether she’s hiking a trail, going for a run, or enjoying coffee with a book in hand. Her faith in Jesus is the foundation of everything she does. She and her husband have been married for five years and recently welcomed a baby girl into the family.
Alysha spent six years in the classroom, where she discovered a deep passion for helping students grow. While she loved celebrating the “aha” moments when learning clicked, she often found herself searching for answers for students who, in spite of all their efforts, still struggled to make the progress she knew they could achieve. This sparked a desire to better understand how learning happens and how to help students overcome the barriers standing in their way.
What Alysha loves most is witnessing the moment a child realizes they can succeed. The spark of understanding, the growth in confidence, and the excitement that follows never gets old. As a trainer, she is passionate about partnering with families, encouraging students, and celebrating every step of growth along the way. Alysha believes each child is uniquely created with purpose and potential, and she considers it an honor to walk alongside them as they uncover their unique giftings.
